Use of Services Without an Account
Our mobile application allows you to access the putting odds calculator and other non-account-based features without creating an account or signing in. When using the app anonymously, we only collect minimal analytics data. To sync your data across devices, save win tickets to the cloud, or access account-based features, you will need to create an account.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

- Win Tickets and Game Data: Retained as long as your account is active; you can delete individual tickets at any time
- Analytics Data: Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default, after which it is automatically deleted
- Account Deletion: When you delete your account using the "DELETE ACCOUNT" feature in the app, all your personal data, including win tickets, handicap information, and user profile data, will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days
6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. These measures include:

- Firebase Security: Your data is stored in Google Firebase, which provides enterprise-grade security and encryption at rest
- Authentication: We use secure authentication methods including Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In, which utilize industry-standard security protocols

However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

- Right to Delete: You can delete individual win tickets by swiping left on them in the app, clear all win history using the "CLEAR HISTORY" button, or permanently delete your entire account using the "DELETE ACCOUNT" button
- Right to Opt-Out: You can opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Right to Data Portability: You can request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format
California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including:
